I have lived and worked as a Realtor in Scottsdale Ranch for over 13 years.
In my opinion it is one of the best areas of Scottsdale to live and the reason I have never moved anywhere else. Everything you need is close by; it is a safe clean place to live. The streets & neighborhood are clean, with lush mature beautifully maintained landscaping. Within our community we have many wonderful amenities including one of the best A+ Elementary Schools in the valley, a boys and girls club, a senior center, and a park that has tennis courts, a sand volleyball court, basketball courts, a playground, BBQ & Picnic areas, a baseball field and walking paths. Our community center is situated on a lake that is stocked with fish and as a resident of Scottsdale Ranch; you can rent the community center for parties or events and a pontoon boat with a skipper to view all the beautiful homes on the lake. There are many fun family community events throughout the year like, movies & concerts in the park, fishing derbies and many other community events.
Scottsdale Ranch has become a premier and progressive residential community comprised of 3,938 residences, all reflecting one’s taste and individuality, from stately waterfront homes and spacious tennis-villas, to private patio homes, elegant townhomes, and spacious and friendly single-family homes.
Scottsdale Ranch is located within 10 minutes of the 101 FWY and is close to shopping and many services. If you are planning on moving or relocating to Scottsdale, Arizona, I highly recommend you consider Scottsdale Ranch Community.
